Daniel Paranhos has over 15 years of experience in investment management, financial planning, and cross-functional leadership. 

Daniel has a distinguished track record of scaling family offices and driving global efficiency. He founded a single-family office where he tripled assets to over $500 million in just eight years through strategic asset allocation. 

He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master’s in Finance and Economics from FGV-Rio. A multilingual professional, Daniel is fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian, and French.

Isabelle Ledergerber is the Managing Partner at Peak Compliance, an outsourcing specialist in risk management and compliance services for portfolio managers and asset managers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

She has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong background in anti-money laundering regulation, investment compliance, product risk management, and cross-border regulatory requirements in relation to marketing and distribution activities.

Isabelle holds a Master of Laws and an LL.M. in International Law. She is fluent in German, French, and English, and has intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

Kelvin de Araújo Ferreira is a highly accomplished finance and accounting mananger, former Big4 and with over 14 years of expertise across the investment, traditional banking, fintech and industrial sectors.

His deep technical proficiency in financial reporting and consolidation, treasury, finance operations, and FP&A with proven team management experience is complemented by a strong background in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and cross-border corporate structures.

Kelvin holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from prestigious Brazilian institutions. He brings a multilingual perspective as he speaks Portuguese, English, Russian and French.

Leonardo Mäder Furtado specializes in constructing portfolios for private clients and investment vehicles. 

Leonardo has more than 10 years of experience in portfolio management and also worked as a lawyer early in his career for tier 1 firms and for the Brazilian Stock Exchange.

Leonardo holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University and a Master’s in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo. He is fluent in English and Portuguese, with intermediary skills in French and Spanish.

Marcelo has over 30 years of professional experience in stock markets, regulation, corporate governance, and market supervision, with 18 years of experience as regulator, at the Central Bank of Brazil and at the Brazilian Stock Exchange. He is the founding partner of MD8 Consulting and co-founder of Urca Angels. He was also the President of Gávea Angels, member of the Advisory Boards of many fintechs and angel-investor in more than 20 startups. 

Marcelo holds a BA Mechanical Engineer from the IME - Military Institute of Engineering of Brazil with an MBA in Finance from the IBMEC - Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets and Master in Business Administration at COPPEAD/UFRJ. He is certified in Corporate Governance by IBGC-Brazilian Institute of Governance and certified in Securities Markets Regulation by US Securities Commission and Derivatives Market Regulation by US Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
